A few plain commitments about how this site is written.
Written by a person
Articles are written and edited by Gabriel Nason. I may use tools to research or tidy drafts, but the reading, the testing, the opinions and the judgment are human, and accountable to a real name.
Sources, honestly used
When I cite a study, a thinker or an old book, I try to represent it fairly and apply it to real, everyday life. I don’t invent statistics or quotations. If I’m generalizing, I say so.
Not medical or financial advice
I write about everyday habits, balance and proportion, not treatment or investment. Nothing here is medical or financial advice. For anything that matters to your health or money, talk to an actual professional.
Honest by default
I don’t do fake enthusiasm. If an idea is overrated, over-measured, overpriced or just too much, I’ll say so. I’d rather lose a click than mislead you.
